How to Cope With Anxiety and Depression
Stress starts from childhood; its has a different forms in different ages. You can evaluate stress level, the way a person acts in different situations in life. Some people successfully deal with their stress while others not. Some people let the kids win but others not. Judgmental, perfectionist, very sensitive, egoist people; become victim of stress which grows into depression as a disease. Research has proved that 80% diseases have root cause from stress. Digestion, immune system are the major targets of stress. We have to accept some realities and don't let one incident or one event take the control and destroy our whole life. Comparison is another source of stress. Copying others too much without reasoning and knowledge is dangerous. Busy people have good chance to deal with stress. Best friends with whom we can share our concerns also help to deal the stress. Faith is another source of aspiration. Education and training specific to life problems is a need of the time. Stress source is like power generation house. It initiates from a source then it affects many ways. Those people are fortunate who are able to filter and minimize the damage (damage control). Anxiety and stress work side by side and promote each other. A very organized training is needed to cope the stress which is very common in our society.
