Taking the Initiative - The Beginning
Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase. Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible. The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance. Acceptance of what has happened is the first step to overcoming the consequences of any misfortune. Taking the first step is a leadership role. Decision making is a leadership role. Groom takes the decision and procession follows him. Whenever you see a successful business, someone once made a courageous decision. Dogs die on highways; goats, cows not. Making decisions and regretting is better than regret without doing anything, take them as learning experiences. I'm human, not perfect, like anybody else. If you want to shine like a sun, first burn like a sun.
If you want to conquer fear, don't sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. Take initiative five times. Then you will find hiding results. It will give you prediction power. Coin flipping probability; 50/50. Max lose 8 out of 10; 2 times win is must. These indications are based on principle and experience. Then it comes to 7 and 3. Taking risks comes with great rewards. Greater the risk, greater the reward. Look at cricket, 6 runs (hexad) has risk of out. But you cannot make 6 runs with a lot of running.

Tu Reh Naward-e-Shauq Hai, Manzil Na Kar Qabool
Laila Bhi Hum-Nasheen Ho To Mehmil Na Kar Qabool

If you traverse the road of love, Donʹt yearn to seek repose or rest: If Layla be your companion close that litter shun with great contempt.

When someone is mean, don’t listen. When someone is rude, walk away. When someone tries to put you down, stay firm. Don’t let someone else’s bad behavior destroy your inner peace.
