We can save ourselves from Alzheimer, depression,dementia through physical exercise. Exercise is the most transformative thing for brain. Brain has the most complex structure. Right behind our forehead is prefrontal cortex. It is decision making, focus, attention and personality part of brain. Over the ears on the two sides is hippo-campus; to retain long term memory for facts and events. How an event of some pleasure can change our whole life pattern; exercise has same brain changing effects. While isolating in research or any other ways, you may encounter many miserable things. Once you recognize and decide to work on and transform your weaknesses, you can do it. Every sweat in exercise give you energy boost and move boost. You may feel stronger and better; also you can lose weight if necessary. You become able to maintain your attention longer and can have better long term memory. Better mood, better energy, better memory, better attention; are included. There are three reasons; a) Exercise has immediate effects on your brain, even a single move or workout of exercise last for two hours. b) Exercise changes brain's anatomy, physiology and function. Exercise creates new brain cells in prefrontal cortex and hippo-campus. It increases volume which improves your long term memory. You can find better decision making, focus and attention. c) Long lasting good mood. There are some protective effects on brain too. Brain is like other muscles. The more you workout, the more you get prefrontal cortex and hippo-campus. These two areas are more susceptible to diseases. You cannot eliminate diseases but you can protect your brain for longer. Exercise is very good super charge insurance policy. It's free. 3-4 times in a week for 30 minutes minimum. Take advantage of aerobic exercises, climbing stairs, working in backyard. Bringing exercise in your life will not only give you a happier more protected life, it will protect your brain from terrible diseases and it will change the trajectory (the path followed by a projectile flying or an object moving under the action of given forces) of your life.
