3 Habits for Personal Discipline
Emotional health needs emotional diet. What we watch, read listen; create thoughts. Quality diet is ingredient of quality health. Media, social media and other digital platforms providing huge content. Only relevant diet will help; not all. Compassion (If someone shows kindness, caring, and a willingness to help others, they're showing compassion. This is a word for a very positive emotion that has to do with being thoughtful and decent. Giving to a charity takes compassion. Volunteering to work with sick people or animals takes compassion. When you have compassion, you're putting yourself in someone else's shoes and really feeling for them. Anytime a disaster like a hurricane or earthquake hits, others will feel compassion for the victims. When you feel compassion for someone, you really want to help out) and reaction are rational.
Output depends on input. Be conscious about quality. Allocate one hour in the morning as power hour. Sick, tired people irritate. Sleeping pills is very common now. Intuitiveness (Intuitive means having the ability to understand or know something without any direct evidence or reasoning process) needs freshness. Tired mind may be logical, not intuitive.
Rest, positive emotional diet and meditation;
One power hour in the morning. One minute stop, pause, rest after each one hour; traffic control of mind. 15-20 minutes before going to bed.
This is necessity, no more choice. Kids will follow the parents. Make holy (peaceful) environment in the home. High emotional health is need of the time. One in each four is suffering with depression. School, college students and professional are victims. Student life used to be the best but it is becoming affected by surroundings. Argument depletes energy. Withdrawal is the best policy. No need to prove anything. It's trap to tangle. Don't let you distract. Be focused. Care for the people around you. People will behave like a family. In every situation, let's keep our energy high. Our response is not dependent on situation, not on people.
